We would like to take this opportunity to thank Constantine and Momart for generously sponsoring our spring event at the Royal Armouries.
Thank you also to those who have already reserved a place at the event. There are still places available and the guestlist will remain open until 19 April. Please email Cassia Pennington to book your place.
Speakers include:
Mark Murray-Flutter, Senior Firearms Curator, and Nyssa Mildwaters, Senior Conservator from Royal Armouries on weapons and firearms;
Leona Bowman, Collections Information Manager & Larry Carr, Collections Hazards Officer, Science Museum Group on asbestos, other chemicals and REACH regulations;
Mike Loftus, Assistant Aircraft and Technology Conservator, National Museum of Flight on large and moveable objects.
There will also be an update on CEN regulations from Jen Kaines.

There are four travel bursaries available to help with cost of attending this event, to apply send a completed bursary request form to Amy Graves. Successful applicants will be required to provide a short article on the event for the eBulletin. The closing date for bursary applications is also 19 April.

The event will take place in the Newsroom on the 4th Floor. Signage will be in place at the reception to direct you.
