June 2012's news:
Join us for a Pick and Mix event at the Horniman Museum's new pavilion, which overlooks their recently redeveloped gardens. There will be an afternoon of talks followed by a glass of wine, with refreshments generously sponsored by Constantine.
The event will include Sir Norman Palmer from the Institute of Art and Law talking about art and cultural property law, Vernon Rapley, Head of Security at the V&A discussing thefts and security, an update on the CEN Transport Standards from our UKRG representative Jen Kaines, and Constantine will talk about the new hand carry regulations.
If you wish to attend please RSVP via email by the 6th July.
As always four bursaries of up to £100 towards the cost of travel are available and we strongly urge members to apply, as this is often an underused resource.
If you wish to apply for a bursary please send a completed request form to Helen Merrett by 22 June. Successful applicants will be informed shortly after the date and will need to provide a short article on the event for the eBulletin.
