After much searching Kent Services has found their ideal new home.
Still on the Isle of Sheppey, our new building is situated in Queenborough in close proximity to a major new access road which when completed, will provide us with greatly improved transport links. The real benefit, however, is in the much needed increased floor space, which allows us to accommodate much more efficiently (and under one roof) our growing stock of reusable containers for our Container Leasing Service, as well as offering improved on site storage for our customers. The enlarged production area, together with the increased height of the access doors gives us the scope to incorporate larger sized containers into our leasing stock than we have previously been able to do. This greater flexibility will provide real benefits for us - and our customers.
The move comes at the end of what has been an exciting and busy year for Kent Services, seeing the celebration of the completion of 21 years of successful trading and in becoming a corporate partner of Tree Appeal, the environmental organisation promoting and facilitating the planting of trees and the creation of wildlife habitats throughout the UK.
“Our new premises represents a real ‘coming of age’ for Kent services and truly reflects the positive outlook for the company as we move into 2010. The last 21 years have provided us with a very solid foundation on which to move forward with a sustainable business and we are all looking forward to continuing to provide our first class service from our new site in Queenborough”.
