The ERC is a bi-annual conference, held over two days, that brings together Registrars, Collections Managers and other Museum Professionals from Europe and further afield.
Unlike other museum conferences the ERC focuses its attention solely on the responsibilities borne by Registrars and allows them to acquire and exchange technical and professional information.

Sponsorship opportunities
Our sponsorship packages are varied and include complimentary delegate registration or exhibitor passes for industry professionals and as packages are taken up we will be adding company logos and web links to the ERC 2012 website. Sponsorship package highlights include:
Platinum Sponsorship – £50,000 SOLD!
There will only be one Platinum Sponsorship Package available at ERC 2012 offering premium recognition throughout the 2012 Conference. Your company has a unique opportunity to connect with our delegates at the highest level. This package comes with 10 complimentary full delegate registrations to the ERC 2012 and priority display space in the marketplace
Gold Sponsorship – £25,000
We are offering 4 Gold Sponsorship Packages. This package comes with 7 complimentary full delegate registrations to the ERC 2012 and the opportunity to solely sponsor one of the evening events. For full details download our Sponsorship PDF.
Silver Sponsorship – £10,000
There are 6 Silver Sponsorship Package opportunities. The Silver package offers sponsorship of a high-visibility event or item which will be evident throughout the Conference. This package comes with 5 complimentary full delegate registrations to the ERC 2012 and the opportunity to sponsor one of the Lunch breaks.
Bronze Sponsorship – £6,500
There are unlimited Bronze Sponsorship Package opportunities. The Bronze package includes 3 delegate registrations with the opportunity to purchase an additional 2 registrations at the Registrar rate.
Key Sponsorship – £1,000
Key Sponsorship comes with one delegate registration and the opportunity to insert literature into the conference delegate bag.
Prices quoted above are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate, currently 20% in the UK

When you have chosen your sponsorship package please complete our Sponsorship Request Form and return it to our Conference Secretariat, Congrex. Congrex will confirmed your package to me they will get a code that they can enter onto the main form and that will allow the inclusive free places to register without paying.
When you have confirmed your sponsorship package Congrex will send you a booking code which allows you to register your delegates with free passes on our main registration page.

Market Place
The EICC is a highly acclaimed conference venue and to take advantage of the areas available we will be hosting a market place where companies can take up exhibiting opportunities to promote their services and products.
To further entice you lunch and refreshment breaks for delegates will be served in the Market Place making it a key area in the building.

Book a Place – Industry Professionals
The registration fee for Industry Professionals is £800 until Monday 3 September 2012. After this date the fee will be £950.
Registration is now open and you can book a place here now! The deadline for all registration is Friday 26 October 2012.
The registration fees include network breaks, lunches and evening events.
