Why attend?  

The ERC is a bi-annual conference that brings together Registrars from Europe and further afield.  It focuses its attention solely on the responsibilities borne by Registrars and allows them to acquire and exchange technical and professional information and provides excellent opportunities to network.

The conference is held over two days with sessions and workshops addressing the most relevant topics affecting our areas of responsibility in the museum field such as indemnity/insurance, transport and storage management, collections mobility, preventative conservation, loan fees and couriers.

Registration Fees:

Museum Professionals –

The registration fee for Registrars, Collections Managers, Curators, Freelancers and other Museum Professionals is £230 until Monday 3 September 2012.  After this date the fee will be £280.

Industry Professionals –

The registration fee for Industry Professionals is £800 until Monday 3 September 2012.  After this date the fee will be £950.

If you are an industry professional take a look at our Sponsorship and Market Place first; our range of sponsorship and market place packages include free delegate passes!

The registration fees include network breaks, lunches and evening events.

All prices quoted are in GBP (£) and include VAT at the prevailing rate.

 

Booking Information: 

You can book a place for ERC 2012 online via Congrex UK who are helping organise the conference.  All information and payments are secure and you will receive email confirmation and a receipt for your payment from the Congrex.  Conference information will be sent by email to you from the ERC closer to the event

To meet with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and to further enhance the security of your credit card transaction when making your on-line booking you will be directed to a secure payment gateway hosted solution via DIBS.

Cancellation:

A refund of fees will be given less a 20% administration charge, provided that the Conference Administrative Secretariat  receives notice of cancellation in writing on or before Tuesday 31 July 2012.

After this date, no refund will be given.  Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time.  Refunds will not be given for no-shows at the Conference.
